Afternoon Arrival

Upon arrival at your Gwinnett hotel, relax and get ready for a fun-filled two day tour. Let the GCVB know when you are coming, and we'll be there to meet and greet!


 

Evening Options

A Stone Mountain Christmas

The perfect group tour stop. Groups will enjoy the Christmas lasershow, Crossroad Christmas parade, and over 2 million twinkling lights. Get into the spirit on the Sing-a-Long Christmas train, watch the Polar Express 4-D movie, or if you are feeling adventurous - take a trip down  Snow Mountain! Snow Mountain features a 400-foot tubing hill and a 30,000 sf play area on top of three football fields of snow.

Magical Nights of Lights at Lake Lanier Islands

Prepare to be awed by the millions of lights and displays illuminating your 6.5 mile holiday journey. Afterwards, stop by the quaint and charming Holiday Village (weekends only) for hot chocolate, dessert and holiday gift shopping.




Day Two/Morning

Relax and sleep in; you have a busy day of holiday bargain hunting ahead of you!


 

Afternoon Options

Mall of Georgia

The Southeast's largest shopping destination. Groups will love the unique, outdoor Village Town Square, all dressed up for the holidays. Inside, find more than 220 stores and 1.7 million sf of shopping and dining! Anchor stores include Dillard's, Belk, Macy's, Nordstrom, and JC Penney. Delicious lunch options range from the Union Station Food Court to P.F Chang's.

Discover Mills

Bargain shoppers will find just what they are looking for at Atlanta's "shoppertainment" plaza, full of high-end outlets, restaurants and stores. Anchor stores include Bass Pro Outdoor World, Off-Saks, Dave & Buster's and Neiman-Marcus Last Call. Also at Discover Millls: Medieval Times Dinner and Tournament 
Group Services: Coupon books, free bus parking and GCVB meet & greet. Must be scheduled in advance. Drop off is at Entry 5.


 

Evening

After a busy day of shopping, enjoy Dominick's Italian restaurant in Historic Norcross (located on the National Register of Historic Places) or drinks and dinner at McCray's rooftop patio in downtown Lawrenceville's Historic Square. Festively decorated for the holidays, our historic downtowns are great destinations for unique gifts, antiques or art. Group tours will love the Norcross or Lawrenceville Ghost Tours, a wonderful way to find out about all the skeletons in Gwinnett's closet!
