Located in the heart of Atlanta, and the soul of the 1996 Centennial Olympic Games, the park is a beautiful green jewel and 21-acre refuge in the center of Atlanta. Be sure to visit the Fountain of Rings, the world's largest fountain utilizing the Olympic symbols of five interconnecting rings with 25 water jets.
Centennial Olympic Park is a popular gathering spot for visitors, with numerous seasonal special events. Spring and Summer bring the Music at Noon series; the Wednesday WindDown, the 4th Saturday Family Fun Days, the 4th of July Celebration and the Fountain of Rings.
Winter Events include the Holiday in Lights and the popular Ice Skating Rink. Located across the street from the Georgia Aquarium and the World of Coke, Centennial Park is a wonderful destination for a picnic or the perfect place to cool down in the fountains on a hot summer day.
