Atlanta's first snow park, Snow Mountain, premiered in Winter 2009. Please see Stone Mountain Park website for Snow Mountain's winter opertaing schedule. Snow Mountain only operates on select dates during the winter months.
Featuring three football fields deep of snow, a 400 ft. tubing hill and a 30,000 square feet play area, Snow Mountain will allow the young and young at heart to connect with their inner child. The family snow park includes 11 tubing runs, special places to make the ultimate snow man and snow angels, a snowball making zone and a play area for younger kids. In addition, the snow park has various sites including an observation area, a group of warming chalets and bonfires for roasting marshmallows and making s'mores.
Tickets are $25 for adults and kids 3-11, and are for timed entry. To tube, guests must be 42' or higher. Advanced reservations are strongly recommended.
