Wed. April 21, 2012 - Headquarter Hotel Update: The GCVB Board of Directors voted to accept the term sheet for a new headquarters hotel at Gwinnett Center. The Hotel developer will be Nilhan Hospitality (DCT Systems) and the hotel management company will be Concord Hospitality (Raleigh, NC). Click here for the official press release.

December 9, 2011 - The GCVB Board of Directors formally issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a full-service, headquarters hotel on the Gwinnett Center complex. The deadline for the RFP's has been extended until January 20, 2012. Late proposals will not be accepted.

Please download and complete all forms (Hotel RFP, Form A, Form B) in order to ensure a complete proposal.
