The Explore Gwinnett Tourism Marketing Grant Program has been in existence for thirteen years, and has provided over $175,000 in grant assistance to numerous Gwinnett-based non-profit organizations who develop projects with a tourism focus or can generate overnight guest room stays. Applicants must review the guidelines and fill out the application below for review.
In 2012, Explore Gwinnett added a new grant program to support meetings that will bring hotel room nights and visitors to Gwinnett.This program offers assistance to meeting planners who will either bring in new meetings to Gwinnett, or substantially expand existing meetings. All meetings/events need to have proven hotel room nights in order to quality.
Both the Tourism Marketing Grant and the Meetings/Events Grant Applications need to be submitted with all applicable support documents to Lisa Anders, Executive Director, Explore Gwinnett (email: firstname.lastname@example.org or by fax, 770.623.1667). All applications must be typewritten.
